| | ring. Chances are you'll wind up

| using old-fashioned, passive methods . .

| | settling for the first thing that comes
|
| . you're a WIMP!

| | along . . . probably out of desperation.

| | Employers are looking for someone who has

| Most employers aren't interested in

| | the smarts to take a proactive approach

| hiring you because of what you've done

| | to job campaigning. They know as well as
|
| for someone else. They hire with an eye
| |
| | you do that searching for a job is tough
|
| to their own bottom line, their own
| |
| | work. It's tough work for them too, even
|
| security and career growth, and how you
| |
| | though you may not think so. If they're
|
| can make their own job easier.

| | serious about advancing their

| In other words, you will qualify for a

| | organization (and their own career, for
|
| position insofar as you can respond to
| |
| | that matter) they're not going to risk it
|
| the employer's basic needs. If your own
